Journey's End National Art Exhibition
 

The 2005 Journey’s End National Art Exhibition will be held concurrently and in the same area as two nationally important events. These are the national L&C Bicentennial signature event, Destination: The Pacific at the newly dedicated Lewis and Clark National Historical Park (formerly Fort Clatsop N.M.) in Oregon and Washington, and the unveiling of the first part of Maya Lin’s Confluence Project at Cape Disappointment State Park.
 
About the 2005 JENAE:

 

1)  Artwork juried in will be displayed at the Heritage Museum, Astoria, Oregon from November 11 through 27, 2005.
 
2)  ALL artists who enter JENAE are invited to display/sell their art at the Holiday Inn Express in Astoria, Oregon starting November 11 through 14, 2005.

3) TWO  Grand Receptions

           Friday, Nov. 11, 2005:  4:45 pm – 6 pm at the Heritage Museum. 
           Main event with speakers:  Stan Wanlass, Mayor Van Dusen, Sen. Betsy Johnson
           
           Friday, Nov. 11, 2005:  6pm – 9 pm at the Holiday Inn Express.   Additional exhibit and sale. 
           Keynote speakers: Dr. John Compere (Master of Ceremonies)
           Welcome by show chairman Erhard Gross      
           Keynote address by Gerard Baker
